Philip is an insurance industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Mentored under the great Art Williams (of A.L. Williams), Philip has been instrumental in the growth of several, well-known insurance marketing agencies. He helped double business every year until his departure in 2010. A true mentor and expert teacher, Philip has guided thousands of part-time independent insurance agents to achieve cash flow of $50k-$80,000 per year. Additionally, he aided many individuals from professions such as teaching, waiter/waitressing, police officers, firefighters, and others to earn the equivalent of full-time salaries working part-time. An equally impressive accomplishment is that under Philip’s tutelage, nearly 16 independent insurance agents created businesses that cash flowed over $1M annually! Chief Financial Officer
Tim has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and has dedicated the majority of his career to helping others realize their dreams of business ownership and personal success. His business knowledge, experience and willingness to help others are vast. As a Partner with Sparkman Construction, he spent 24 years as a contractor for the U.S. Government with a focus on Natural Disasters. More recently, from 2011 – 2015, Tim was the International Director for Momentis International where he built a direct sales force of 38,000 in three countries and maintained position as top money earner. Prior to his tenure at Momentis, he served as Executive Director at Ignite Stream Energy from 2008 – 2011 where be built a direct sales force of 4,200. Tim is also the owner of Sparkman Cattle Station as well as part owner of nine Pizza Patron franchise restaurants. He has become a seven-figure earner in the industry, all by working his business part-time, and manages to work it into his daily activities. Tim has been married for 28 years and has three children.
Chief Business Officer
Rich has been in finances and public service his entire career. He has an extensive background in the government. In the city of Scranton, he was the youngest person ever elected to City Council in Pennsylvania’s history at age 21. Elected as the youngest President of the City Council, at age 25 he was also re-elected unanimously.
Mr. Rossi also served as the city’s Business Administrator and Deputy Mayor where he prepared city budgets, oversaw pensions, administered the cities self-insurance health program and investing taxpayer’s money
Rich also has previous business and financial services experience. He owned and operated a Pennsylvania political and business PR and Advertising agency. In Washington, DC he obtained his securities, life and health licenses. This allowed him to provide financial education seminars to federal employees, public teachers and military personnel to save, invest and properly plan for retirement with pension maximization and tax-free income planning. A career highlight was having the honor of working with the Presidents honor guard, Secretary of Defenses staff at the Pentagon and a few of the crew of Air Force One.
Mr. Rossi is a recruiter, trainer and leader building teams and hierarchies since 1990 and led the number one hierarchy team for a national financial marketing agency the past 16 year. He was lead author of the book: Saving Middle America: Securing Financial Dreams
Chief Operating Officer
Amy has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. Working under the mentorship of Philip Hudgins, she has been a key asset in the startup of InVida. She handles the day to day operations in the corporate office. Amy has been instrumental in creating many of the reporting systems used in tracking the production and growth of the InVida Team. She works closely with the leaders of InVida to ensure a positive working relationship between the company and the agents. Amy is married with four teenage children, all of whom show up at the InVida events to help out because she believes in the strong family environment that InVida promotes.
